Changzhou Create Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. is an export enterprise, specializing in R&D, manufacturing and management of power tools and garden tools.  The production capacity of the company is 2,000,000 units per year. In 2017, the export turnover of the company reaches 30 million USD. 

Now there are about 300 employees in the company, among which there are 50 office staff members, 20 R&D and technical engineers and 12 QA. We have test equipment and quality system to ensure product quality. In 1998, the company gained the certificate of ISO9001:2000. All products of the company exported to Europe and America have gained the certificates of UL, GS, EMC, CE and FFU. We have whole test equipment such as: dynamic balancing machine, paper strength tester, steel ball tester, FFU life tester, RoHS tester, EMC laboratory, temperature rise laboratory etc. total about 60 sets.

Company has 60000m² land and 50000m² building area. There is one 5000m2 working room and 15 pieces 1500m2 working room. We also have 6 pieces 1000m2 warehouse and 15 assembling lines. The main spare parts of our product are made by ourselves. There are more than 30 sets big injection machine such as TTI-180、HWL2400KNF3、HTL-5800F6、HTL-3600F6、HTL-1000F6、HTL-730F6. The motor working rooms have motor tester computer, dynamic balance machine, automatic rotor wire machine, automatic painting machine, automatic commutator welding machine, two station stator wire machine, automatic terminal machine and digital control lathes etc total about 30 sets

During nearly 50-year production of mechanical and electrical machines, the company has accumulated very rich experience in R&D for power tools and garden tools.  The current products include portable power tools, cutting machine and garden tools these three series, among which there are more than 30 kinds of portable power tools including sanders, grinders, wrenches and scissors. For garden tools, there are seeders, scarifiers and mowers with different types.

All of our products are exported, and USA 60%, Australia 5%, Germany 30% UK 5%. Our main customer are TTI (HD ,Sears), Harbor Freight Tools, Einhell, Bunnings and Homebase.
